Dr. Wilson is focused on research in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.  Her primary areas of interest include the genetics of placental development and how that relates to preeclampsia risk, maternal-fetal gene-gene interactions in preeclampsia and genetic susceptibility to hyperemesis gravidarum.
