Dr. Kovacs has served as an advisor and consultant for national and state organizations involved in establishing policy and clinical protocols for human genetic testing and clinical research focused on maternal and fetal health. He is the co-director of the Prenatal Diagnostic Center at LAC+USC Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Dr Kovacs is a member of several national professional organizations including the Society for Gynecologic Investigation, American Society of Human Genetics, American Institute of Ultrasound In Medicine and the California Medical Association.
