Dr. Ballard served as Chief of Gynecology from 1988 to 1999. He was voted the Residents Award for Teaching in 1977, 1997, 1998 and 1999. He specializes in complex gynecologic surgery, specifically vaginal surgery and pelvic floor related issues.
